dont feel down. it happens to all of us. all we do is get back up and try again. i know you can do it.
my parents love to lecture me about food restriction and how not to restrict to much. otherwise we explode one day and eat a whole box of cookies. so to prevent that from happening treat yourself to say 2 cookies every once and awhile or a small scoop of ice cream. just enough to keep the binge away.
I went back through my diary here and noticed an important trend: I started weighing/measuring/photographing myself more, and simultaneously started going more and more off track. Not sure why, but it's a real correlation! So the new mandate is this: no more measuring or weighing or progress-picture taking for the next month. That's perfectly reasonable, much more so than expecting to see changes every day!
In fact, I think one of the things that happened was, as I was checking progress every day, knowing I'd be frustrated if I didn't see improvement, I was going to some bad measures, like skimping on my fluid intake close to bedtime, eating my last meal earlier and earlier, to make sure I was as small as possible in the morning. vv So no more of that!
