I'm an 18 year old male student. I study on becoming a teacher in Ghent, Belgium. Last summer it was time for change after being rejected yet another time I needed to get back in shape again! I was 106 kilo's heavy (about 212 pounds) and had a body fat of about 22%. I'm only 1,70 meters 'tall'. Now a few months later I'm about 89 kilo's (about 178 pounds) and now I've got rejected again by a girl so I set some goals for myself.
First off: I play football (soccer) in a regional team (2 trainings and 1 game a week) , the rest of the week I work out at the gym (if I have time between my studies. At the gym I usually warm up for about 5 minutes on the bike, followed by Power training, followed by running (20 - 40 minutes) and then again followed by power training.
I have about 18% body fat now.
My main goal is to reach 75 kilo's (150 pounds) in two months (end of February).
Allthough, there is one problem, my upper legs seem to be very huge (I can push more than 400 pounds with them). Also I seem to have a lot of fat in my lower back whilst my upper body looks a lot slimmer.
Any suggestions? :D
 
Went to the gym yesterday between study sessions, today , first soccertraining since the winterbreak. :D My vains start showing through my arms :)
