My start

Here is my beginning. I really want to focus on fat loss and toning. My upper body is rather small and I carry all my weight in my hips. I ideally I would like to get my measurements down to 25/26 25/36, am currently 28 38. I am doing sprints every other day, squats, lunges, pushups, and ab workouts.
Any advice is always appreciated!

Welcome. Those are good exercises you are doing. Combine those with proper diet and you will be able to fit into those skinny jeans before you know it.
