My Scheduele

Monday: Chest, Tris
Tuesday: Bis, forearms
Thursday: Chest, Tris
Friday: Bis, forearms
Sunday: Legs, Abs

Is that a good scheduele for building mass, or should I do full body workouts 3 times a week?

Shoulders and Back will fill you out if you want mass. There's many varations of routines. I change my routine almost every month.
