My routine

I don't go to the weight room as I'm too young & I wanted to know, will 20 lbs get me anywhere? So far they've made me somewhat strong but I want to know if I use them to their full potential will I get even stronger strong? I don't want to lift too much weight right now which is why I haven't really been trying to get more heavier weights. Anyway, should the weights get me really strong? And should I do more pushups? I don't do them that much as they're kind of hard to do. I used to could do 20 every few minutes or so a couple months ago but now I can hardly do 10. After time will I be able to do more?

Also, keep in mind that I'm only 12, I'll be 13 in three months on December 21st.
 
Read around, especially the stickied threads. You'll learn alot, which is the most important thing for you right now.

Read in the bodybuilding, the weight training, and especially the nurition sections.
 
this is irrelevant but yay for detroit, j man! lol my guess on ur problem would be that 20lb would not be good for very long, but im a girl whos weak as hell so i would not know. read around, like he said.

Get into some bodyweight stuff. looks like a decent site.
