Hang in there girl. You'll get there. It's a long process and we've all either been there or are in the same boat! I know someone earlier suggested counting calories, I think you should definitely do your research and find a program to follow (even only somewhat it doesn't have to become a religion!), and it might help keep you on track. Try looking online and finding certain resources you can use. While this is a great site you can find a lot more info on the web to give you great tips. The only time I've been successful with my weight loss is when I follow specific program or regimen. Right now, I'm the most successful I've been because I'm following the Eat-Clean Diet (Tosca Reno). Basically, I eat only natural unprocessed food, nothing out of a box or that has preservatives in it. It's worked out very well for me as well as the workout tips she always gives. Look online and research something that will make you more regimented in your weight-loss!
