My Road. Part Two

Football is all but here, and with that i start a new road. I started out in March, and here i am 5 months later. I started off at 5'6, 135 lbs. Im now 5'8, 145 lbs.

Current Stats.
Height-5'8
Weight-145
Bench- Last time i checked was 150, that was more than a month ago.
Squat- Repped 255 5 times yesterday. Never actually maxed out my squat
Deadlift- 200. Surprised i good get this. My deadlift has been week.

Goals.
Height- When im done growing id like to be at least 6'0. I think i still have some growing left in me.
Weight- 160.
Bench- 170-180
Squat- 290-300
Deadlift- 250-280
Football goal- Work my ass off hard and try to start varsity kick return.

Ahh, i always mean to keep up with these things, but never can.
Todays workout

Squats-1-4,260, 2-5, 1-4
Weighted Dips-(added23lbs)3-5,1-4
Lunges- 2-6-205, 1-4
Bent Over Rows- 3-6-135

Football starts Monday. That should be challenging/fun.
 
Nice job Jake. Stay with it! You'll def get taller. Aim for a higher bench would be my (half-joking) advice. Man, you are squatting 255 for 5....that's awesome! Good luck with the football!
