I'm in on my first serious month at working out again.
I've been off for a while due to extreme lazyness(spelling?)..
But now I've come back on track and this time I'm gonna take it all the way until I reach the shape I had a last summer.
Im gonna put up some pics from when I first started working out, in between and a current pic!
the first pic: 200 lbs
second: 144 lbs
third: 172 lbs
Fourth (current state/weight) : 164 lbs
Goal: 150 lbs
