Wasn't able to post my previous food plan last night because I was out all day with my dad at a park! Did lots and lots of walking there and got alot of exerceise done.

So my calorie intake was:

All through out the day - 5 slices Vegetable Pizza 1250 calories
Bowl of Cereal - 200 calories
Popcorn - 100 calories
Water: 2 water bottles

Total Amount of Calories: 1550 calories!!!! D:


Total Amount of Exercise: 4 hours of constant moving outdoor activity

So todays calorie intake was

Bowl of Cereal - 250 calories
6'' Sub combo - 600 calories
Apple - 53 calories
Glasses of water: 2

Total Calorie Intake: 903 calories

Exercise: LOTS. Went shopping all over for about 5 hours with constant walking

Thank you for the correction! I'm glad its much less, that makes me less hesitant to eat them. And thanks as well for your words of advice. I will make sure to only take the calorie intakes on sites just as an Idea of what I should be eating, I never really thought of that lol.

9:00am - Chicken Fingers - 500 calories
10:30am - Bowl of oatmeal - 370 calories
6:00pm - Sandwich - 500 calories
8:00pm - 15 Nachos - 400 calories

Total Calories: 1770 !!!

Exercise: None

Need to get back on track!

I wouldn't be worried about your calories, they are fine here. The problem is what you ate to get those caories...the oatmeal is good, the sandwich *might* be good (depends what it was), but the other two items are simply devoid of nutrients. Anytime we are cutting back on calories, we have to be sure we are eating in a balanced way, because we still need all the nutrients we needed before.
 
Hey so I didnt have much time to really record what I ate today ut tis is what I remember:

9:15am - Medium sized apple - 80 calories
10:00am - Bagel - 400 calories
1:32pm - Chicken Caeser Salad - 220 calories
3:00pm - Morning glory Muffin - 450 calories
6:30pm - 1/2 cup of Potatoe Salad - 250 calories
9:47pm - 1/2 cup of blueberries - 41 caloriesTotal water intake: 3 bottles of water

Total calorie intake: 1441 calories

Exercise: Didnt get much walking or anything done, But I got a new bed today and I assembled it all by myself...Its super heavy and I can really feel it in my arms lol But in a few minutes I will be walking my dog for about 20 minutes or so.

I haven't been around much lately cause I just started a new job where I can't be online all day but I wanted to stop by and see how you where doing!!! I agree with previous post you can't just look at the calories in food you also have to make sure that you give your body all the nutrients and vitamines it needs to be healthy.....THin doesn't always equall healthy!!!
Focus on feeling good not the number on the scale!!!!! Good job on the walking you are doing!!!!

Woo! Congrats on your new job! Thank for stoping by :) I neve really ever thought about the nutrition and protein each food is giving me, just mainly on how low the calories were and the sodium at times. And thanks again lol, Ive gotten alot of walking and exercie done while ive been at my moms work. Plus ive got a big girl to walk (my dog haha). But yes I wish you the best on your journey :p and again, congrats!
 
Ok so todays calorie intake was pretty funny.
9:00am - Bowl of Spinach Salad - 200 calories
3:00pm - Two plain homemade hamurger pattys - 500 calories
6:00pm - Bowl of Spinach Salad - 200 calories
9:00pm - Bowl of Spinach Salad - 200 calories
Total water intake: Not sure, A glass maybe ?

Total Calorie Intake: 1100 calories

Exercise: I spent 8 hour helping my mom at work today, So a lot! of walking, I can already feel my tummy starting to flatten ! :)

10:00am - Sausage McMuffin - 370 calories
4:00pm - 6'' Sub Combo - 600 calories
7:00pm - Apple - 60 calories
1:00pm - Ramen Noodles - 270 calories

Total Calorie Intake: 1600 calories

Exercise: Plenty of walking at my moms work today. Hung around there for 9 hours. and I ran around a bit with my dog and up 9 flights of stairs lol instead of using the elevator to get to our apartment floor. :)

Im noticing a HUGE difference and im feeling alot better about myself now. Thanks to all of you for your words of adivice and support. Good luck to you all!

But what I remember having today is the following:

Whole Wheat Wrap - 150 calories
Chicken and Meat Pie - 500 calories

Total calorie intake: 850 calories

Hey Lou. Lol yea I'm still doing it. I will try to drink more water, Its just im always at moms work running around after seniors and I dont have much time. But iv been getting A LOT of exercise done. Its awesome.

But wow nice, How was it? You meet her yet? Didnt she come by the house that one time? Gosh that must have been an eye opener for her lmao. Hope you guys like her, shes very very nice. Ill be coming down on Sunday or something like that.

Iced Capp - 560 calories <-- It was really hot today... thats my excuse lol.

Hey Diary,

Sorry Ive been neglecting you for the past...very long time.
Ive been busy with a lot of things and I haven't had much access to a computer.
But I have been still following my diet! So far I've lost 10 pounds!!!! :) I'm super happy lol.

I've been just basically doing my normal routine as for exercise but I've made one change. When I walk my dog I do it 2 to 3 times a day and each walk is extended, I'm not sure how long the walk is and it wouldn't be accurate timing anyways because she likes to smell flowers and play with other dogs... But my estimate would be around maybe 15-20 minutes.

As for food, Ive made a big change in what I eat.

Yesterdays calorie intake was the following:

Ramen Noodles - 380 calories
Cracker - 15 calories
Blueberry cake (small pieces throughout the day) - 400 calories
6'' Sub - 410 calories

Total Calorie Intake: 1205

Now I realize that i didn't eat anything really healthy that day other then the stuff in the sub. But its better then what i use to be eating at least, and I am still working on trying to eat healthier foods.

Hey, meg was going to call ya tell you to update your journal, but your already ontop of it. keep with it you will see the outcome. Guess what Al, Jay, Steven, scott, and I all got tickets to Billy Connolly...this is the part where you get wicked jealous :reddevil:
