My Progress.........

First off let me apologize for the terrible farmer's tan! haha

I lifted about 3-4 times a week for my first year of college because I had access to the gym! The first semester I took a protein shake pretty much everyday of the week (not weekends though because I didn't lift). The second semster I stopped with the protein shakes. I didnt really pay any attention to my diet except to maybe eat a little more protein and drink the protein shakes. I went to McDonalds a lot and just ate anything I felt like. (I ate 62 Wendy's chicken nuggets in about 1/2 and hour too and I'm damn proud of it haha)

When I start lifting again next year at college I might try and watch the diet more too and get better results, along with a better lifting routine.

The bummer is I don't have access to a gym now and I think I'm ganna lose some muscle. I've just been doing pushups and crap I can at my house :mad: .

Anyways..... here are some before pics (6'0" @ 157 lbs):

And here we have some current pictures (6'0" @ 177 lbs).

Funny how I barely look bigger than I did before but I put on 20 lbs :cool: . In the pics I think it looks like my arms got a lot bigger when flexed, but when I look in the mirror I always think my chest gained more.

I need some more major bulkage....

Any suggestions comments are welcome...

Nice! You can definately tell you put on some meat. Keep it up.
