My progress so far

I'm 18 years old right now and about last year I weighed 210 pounds and finally this spring/summer I decided I was tired of the way I looked. So I've lost 10 pounds during spring and 20 pounds during the summer. I currently weigh 180 lbs as of today.

I've been cutting down on junk food and eating less throughout the day and also no Soda. Basically Water and Good juices.

I have a few questions if I can ask them in this thread.

1) Am I developing loose skin in the stomach area?
2) Will general fat loss take care of it. Your suggestions are greatly appreciate !

My workout schedule lately ( 2-4 weeks ) has been going to the gym 5 times a week doing uperbody one day and lowerbody the next. I run after for about a mile and on Saturdays I run for about 2 miles.
 
Lookin' good there Bret. I wouldn't worry too much about the "loose skin". Your pictures don't show anything that is loose. You'll have more skin, obviously, and the faster you lose weight the more noteable it will be. Go slowly and give it time and some of the skin will retract. Unfortunately, if you lose a large amount of weight (its different for everyone), you may wind up with a large amount of excess skin. Every person is different, but right now your pictures don't evidence that you've got any "overhang", so don't worry too much :)
