Hi guys.. I'm would like to get abs and get myself tone and in the process of working out. I don't know if I am doing it right but can you give me tips on how I should be working out. I have big child-bearing hips as my friends say and would do anything to be able to tone my hip area!!!
Here's my workout routine:
M- 30 min jumping rope 7am & then 30 min abs work. Repeat again at 9pm
T- ab work using the core accelerated workout dvd (45 min)
W- 30 min jumping rope 7am & then 30 min jog then 30 min abs work. Repeat again at 9pm
Th-ab work using the core accelerated workout dvd (45 min)
F- 30 min jumping rope 7am & then 30 min jog then 30 min abs work. Repeat again at 9pm. YOGA
S-30 min jumping rope 7am & then 30 min jog then 30 min abs work. Repeat again at 9pm
Sun-30 min jumping rope 7am & then 30 min jog then 30 min abs work. Repeat again at 9pm
I eat pretty healthy. I don't eat fast food just home cook meals from my mom. I usually have a cup of OJ in the morning, sandwich at lunch, and a half cup of rice with meat and soup at dinner. I snack on fruits and drink OJ regularly throughout the day.
