My progress after two years. (Before and After!)

Not really a whole lot to write. I didn't exercise much during this time (not for a lack for trying) but I changed my eating habits completely. I cut out all sugary drinks (I think I've consumed about 2 liters of soda maximum over the course of the last year) and really made an effort to watch what I eat, which turned out to make me enjoy the things I ate much much more.

Before 210lb. (2006):

After 160lb. (2008):


Recently I've started working on exercising and putting on some muscle, I'll post updates when I'll have something worth showing off =D
 
wow, thats an amazing job! congrats on the weightloss, you look great and a whole lot younger too!

i hate to sound like a complete idiot but am i the only one who noticed the cake? it looks sooo damn delicious! lol! :drool5:

I noticed the cake, and was thinkin dang how that's so small and I could eat it in one sitting....:blush5:
