My possible workout program.

Alright. I figured this.

Day 1 = Weights, Circuits
Day 2 = abdominals, circuits
Day 3 = stretching, and learning martial arts (not high intensity, just, step by slow step)

Repeat.


Any good. I mean, won't the 2+ days of idle activity for each body area be bad? :confused:
 
no way man. That is the best program I have seen posted on any forum in a couple of weeks. You will stay fresh and healthy. Train 7 days a week and you get burnt out and crash. Yours looks great.
