Hello,

I am just posting a picture of me before.. I do not really take pictures as my self confidence is low but this is a picture of me at around 335-340...

right now im 306 and hoping to be 210 within the next 12-14 months

sorry if i blinded anyone :p

Dont worry about it man. Just stick too your game plan and everything should be fine. Congrats on losing the current weight you have lost. Keep your head up. You should check out my topic that i made.

Good for you for posting.

Btw, you should take a full length before picture for your own personal viewing so you can see the difference.
 
Good for you for making a stand to change things, bud!

And I'm with Joey on this one...full length pics from the front and side are the most confidence boosting things on the planet once you start seeing your body change on a day to day basis. Go ahead and post some in tight clothes, so you can see the difference every time you take them.

It may be difficult at first for you to get up the courage to put yourself out like that (nobody likes to see "fat" pictures of themselves, me included), but I promise no one here will laugh at you. Ever. We're all in the same boat here, after all. And we always support each other, no matter how much we weigh or what we look like. :grouphug:

You can check out my progressive in-between pics on this forum if you don't believe me that you can see a difference right away. It's one of the best ways to motivate yourself, because you'll start wanting to see the transformation, so it pushes you to work harder!

yeah i need more courage to take the full length picture.. my camera broke so as soon as i get it ill take one.. i want to take one from the side.. never done that before.. thanks for all the encouraging words
