well, im 20 years old, 5.11 and now weight 180, my goals are to shred pretty much all the unnessory fat i have, and build muscle... the only problem is, im finding myself trying to do both at the same time, and im not having to much fun, my question is... should i just hammer the cardio (as im close-ish to my BMI) get that fat off, then do my weights once i feel my bodyfat is low enough?
