Hi Everybody...

today i am part of the big club:party: who writes what they do and specifically what they eat.


There are 120 days roughly for year end and i want to loose 12 KG (per month 3) before the new year.

I took the September challenge to push myself hard on weight loss.

Last two month its 2KG loss. pretty slow hun?:blush5: i know.


Anyway, here is my day so far and my plan.

Morning it’s Milk and whey Protein for breakfast.

Took a black coffee in 11 AM.

Going to have pulse ( Chana Dal) for my lunch and may be protein for dinner.

5 to 7 is my exercise time.


i start with stretching and go for 200 reps for either oblique/side or stomach alternate day.

then 20 min cardio, then train chest, leg, shoulder, bicep and tricep in isolation. I can use advice here if isolation is the best approach. I do 10-15 reps with maximum weight 3/4 sets. normally 5 to 6 exercise for muscle group. Dont know if this is the best approach :confused:.Again any advice here would be greatly appreciated .


Though all sound good at Monday, I slowly fall into the old pattern of munching junk as the week progress and Finally the death trap “the weekend binging†.:banghead:So my challenge would be breakout of it.
 
Hi all,

Its been good two days. apart from couple of cream cookies + banana my diet has been only protein. I am also slowly getting over my personal life problem. Getting up in the morning does not suck as much since i am not thinking about her but my GMAT or Exercise.


anyway, monday afternoon i did 20 minute of running, 30 to 45 second in speed 14 then 60 to 90 second in speed 2 or 3. i must say i was so much tired. could not complete all chest exercise. Doing exercise in morning does not leave any time for my studies so i have changed my schedule. wake up at 6. hit gym 7 to 9. 9:30 to 5:00 office. 6 to 9:30 sleep. 10 to 1 study. 2 to 6 sleep.


tried that yesterday somhow pulled through.


checked my weight on gym , it said 102.7 with track+shoe+drenched t shirt. Problem is one in my home says i am still on 103 without clothes.


so wish me luck to continue this. :D
 
my personal life taken over my goal today. Idea of divorce is seems to killing me.

Felt like living everything and comfort myself with food but somehow curbed it.


had roti/chappati after 4 days.


worked little too hard in the gym...havenot done any cardio. 200 rep for side/weist. neck/shoulder 10/12 reps and 4 set for each exercise. 6 exercise. weight machine said i am 101.9.

i am 5'.9" and large frame person.

so my ideal weight should be 80 to 85 KG.
 
i have been a good boy since 16th. Very good diet, lots of protein and exercise.

dropped 1.5 kg too with muscles showing little definition.


13th i did little too much cardio and composite exercise and it cost me bicep. I mean i just could not pick even 5 KG. someone whispered in back of my head, "Run..." and i ran to home.

Whole day in office i was having hard time press the key of my keyboard. Took good rest 14th and 15th.


16th was my cheat day. even if dint binge but broke the usual routine. but what the hell, thats what u do in cheat day, right?


anyway, today its fruit, milk+protein day. Only fatty thing i had is morning tea+cookies. Love them.


just came from Gym. it was a good 2 hours of chest exercise.


I saw in september challenge females loosing 7 ponds in 7 days. Thats crazy, but inspiring.

so i want to push my self to loose 2 kg (in stead of 1.5 initially planned) in next 14 day.

got a brand new Optimum Nutrition Whey.

sipped that while working out and post workout.

Sunday dint go to gym, so monday was there at 6:50 Morning.

worked till 8:30. It was Leg muscle today. was sweating like hell at the end.


dint, could not do any cardio.


now 10 days to go for revised challenge of 2KG weightloss in 15 days.

after 10 days i will weigh.

Bad day! last two day!

not good eating or not going to gym.


Yesterday whole body was aching so passed on the gym. but could not passed on the food, bit disappointed with personal life. see i am giving excuse.

anyway it happened today too.


bad me.


okay come what may tomoro gym and continue for another nine days. no break. no whine.


By the way guys great news, my manager is going on a vacation...yoooooooo hooooooooo

Its been good couple of days.

but not today. Feeling little feverish.


last couple of days relationship with my dad was good. yesterday he did something which is he good in doing mocking and taunting me... and i did something which i am off late good in doing shouting.

anyway mom was there to take care of both.

she took care too.


i am atleast not bugged or brought down by my wife's memory, who 3rd time left home, this time without telling me, who has not called since 5 months. Her father asked me not to call. Good that her memories does not bug me anymore.


anyway mom has been constant support.


coming back to weightloss i am must get to 100 this month just to keep my promise to me.

Hey guys and gals...

thanks for all the support.

i feel happy to let you guys know i lost around 9 kg.

11 more to go.

it took me kind of 6 month.

too slow, i know but that is what it took.


i mean for 4 month i started cardio and weights... very slow to no weightloss what so ever.

i mean you spent 2 hours, get home completely drenched, all your body too sore even to move, you stay away from fat all the time, do that for one month and see you dropped 400 grams. thats it. i mean c'om on .


those were my stories for last 4 months. Too frustrated but has not given up. Last month was a rollercoaster ride. I mean I started serious HIIT and result was good. I was pushing my time in gym close to 3 hours now. Sweat was too good that I had to change my Ts. I was running close to 40 minute holding 5 KG dumbbells in 7 to 10 speed with 7 in uphill. In a month lost close to 5KG.


All good things must come to an end so as that period. I have a serious knee pain now with all the HIIT. Back to weight training I am. I will give a month rest to my knee to start running again. Still my waist line is close as before. Wonder when I start to see change there. Leg, core, shoulder, triceps muscles are best now. Chest and biceps are lacking behind.

i am now into a lot of things.

i was little upset on personal things and broke my diet.

gained a little. but from yesterday i am on it again.

diet is egg, protein, wheat flakes, milk, banana mostly.

this is the second day. going good till now.


with all the running i am having terrible knee pain now. following ice and compression cap.

so in gym it is mostly circuit training.

hope it will aid.



after knee would heal, may be a month or two, i will try to fasten up the weightloss with circuit.

Hi,

its been three weeks and the damn knee pain just does not go away.

i stopped gym 3 weeks back.

last time when i went to gym weight training was very painful even if there was no running.

thought of resting of couple of days then.


the problem was resting put me in back in eating mode.

with all the problems of mine it was easy to slip back.

so i started HCG diet.

result has been good till now.


as advised i am eating only 500 Cal.

FEb-14 i started the HCG diet. a little valentine gift to myself. phase 2 or the real dieting phase on 16th.

its been a week and the result is more than good.

neither i am so damn hungry nor i have a huge appetite.



i will keep you guys updated about results.
