Hey guys!

So as you can tell from the name, I've decided to stop being my own worst enemy and become my own new best friend!!

It's time to look after myself and make sure I'm happy healthy fit and looking good!

It's gonna be tough work but I want to lose 20lbs.
I'm going to start off with a 7lb target so I don't overwhelm myself!

Today I weighed in at 168 lbs (aaagh! My highest ever!!)
By next Saturday I want to weigh 164 lbs.
Wish me luck guys!!

Do not be too disappointed if you do not manage to lose 4 pounds by next Saturday. That is a very difficult thing to do.

A good rate of healthy weight loss is considered to be between 1.5 to 2 pounds per week. Anyone should feel proud of themselves if they manage to accomplish this. Anything more than this is an absolute bonus. I do not want you to develop unreasonably high expectations of yourself and then feel disappointed if you do not achieve all you set out to achieve.

Good luck. I agree that sometimes we're our own worst enemies. Good luck with taking care of yourself the right way :)
