My New Workout

This is the workout that i started last week and i love it. For each exercise i use a weight that i can do about 8 reps, and on the last set i go until my muscles literally give out, which is about 8 reps. Note: I always have a spotter with me since i go to failure. I also alternate between exercises each set.

Monday:
2 sets of Bench press and 2 sets of weighted push ups.
2 sets of pull ups and 2 sets of reverse rows
2 sets of upright rows and 2 sets of lateral raises

Tuesday: 3 sets of Squats, 3 sets of dead lifts, 3 sets of Russian twists, 3 sets of weighted crunches.

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Same as Monday

Friday: Same as Tuesday

Rest Saturday and Sunday

I love it because after each workout my muscles feel completely exhausted. This combined with a LOT of healthy eating and drinking more water is really working for me.
 
Well its good that its working for you.

Theres a bit to critique though, e.g. no squats, low variation of exercises etc.

DOnt know if you wanted criticism or not :D
 
Upright rows cause shearing on the shoulder joint- not good. You minght think about replasing them with a shoulder press. otherwise pretty good if you are looking for mass gain.
 
Thanks for the replies. I have been getting great results from this workout, which is why i wanted to share it :) Criticisms are definitely always welcome. I agree there's not much variation, but hey it works for me. And i will be changing up my routine after probably about a month.
 
I now have some cardio with this workout. Me and my friends play football for about an hour 2 days a week. Saves me from actually having to do other cardio cuz this is actually fun :-D
