Hey guys =). Heres the scoop!
I work out 3 days a week and I was just starting to do a 3 mile run 7 days of the week. So even on my workout days I was going to do this Cardio run before my gym (weight lifting). I don't eat alot and i'm not planning on starting to eat tons I just can't. Because I dont eat alot and im still fairly new to this I'm planning on running on the days that I dont go to the gym and on the days that i do go to the gym dont do a run. The days that I do go to the gym I will lift heavey weight, low rep that way I'm in for say a 40 minut workout in the gym instead of 1hr + . The big thing for me is i dont want to be in the gym to to long anymore cuz im starting to realize that because I dont eat to much with me being in the gym to long its more cardio almost and with that much sweat comeing off of me i'm looseing all of this weight that I dont want to loose in the gym and i dont have NEEEARRR enough calories to make up for going to the gym for 1Hr+ and also a 3 mile run every day. So instead I will do my 3 mile run every second day and every normal day like mon wed fri Iwill go to the gym for around 40 minuts and do low rep high weight. What do u guys think?
My big thing is I cant loose anymore weight thein I'm already at. Yes I would like my bf% to go down but not with dropping muscle and with the little ammount I eat thats excactly what would happen I think.
