My new life!

Bit of a strange title but in a way its true coz i need to change my old habits.
so here it goes first thing on a monday night
im quite please with myself today i was up and out by 7 this morning loooking after the horses
i ate half a bowl of oats and raisen cereal with skimmed milk for breakfast
for lunch i had low fat chicken tikka wrap
dinner i had weight watchers soup with 2 pieces of whole grain toast
i hit the gym tonight and did an express spinning class and also 20mins cardio in the gym.
throught out todat i snacked on 2 crackers and 1 portion of pineapple
so ye all in all a good day =] bring on day 2!!

forgot to add guys i currently weigh 146lbs(10st3) i want to get down too 120lbs(8stone) nd im 5ft6 in height
do u think ican manage it im struggling abit now i have already lost 56lbs!!! hopefully gonig to post some pics later on =]

congrats that's a great first day, just be sure to stick to the plan you have in mind. maybe give us a bit of an idea on your goals and any questions you might have and we should be able to help you along with a bit of support from around the world.

and seriously, post everyday, you would be surprised how much it helps and keeps you focused.
 
thanks for the support guys, i got abit o excited aboutthe diary and forgot to write the important things i will add them to the top now.
day 2 went fab!
so i had half a bowl of ots and raisen cerel with skimmed milk
lunch i had a sandwhich and a special k bar
dinner i had cous cous with chicken and peppers stuff in a wholemeal pitta bread
and i had a small weight watchers cake for afters
in the day i snacked on 1 banana and 1 portion of pineapple chunks
roughly 1500 cals i think
all in all not a bad day
also i did a spinning class at the gym for 45mins

ok sooo day 3 dun dun dun not done aswel todayi just have been hungry all day i ve tried chewing gum drinking glasses of water it doesnt work
so far ive had half a bowl of cereal oats n raisen adds up to 250 cals
a sandwhich 350 cals medium salad 400 cals
2 ww snack bars 170 cals in total and a small cake 100
about 1300 cals
for tea i had weight watchers soup 400 cals
now i did have some choclate
which is fine coz i am not being one of these really strict people so i had 5 pieces of terries choc ornage about 300 calss
ive been more active doing double the amount of exercise today and been awake lon ger so maybe this is why xx

day 4 =]
so today i got lots of exercises planned riding and then im working also spinning class and the gym in the night time.
for breakfast i had oats cereal 200cals
 
hi gu8ys ok so weekend went a lil wrong it was my fella birthday and we went to town but monday went well so today tue im deffo back on track been to the gym already today for an hour and looked after my horses
so for breakfast i had oat and raisen cereal and a coffee about 350 cals
lunch weight watchers soup and toast 500 cals
pineapple snack around 100 cals
so yep doing well planning on going swiming this afternoon with work and then walking the dog tonight
 
im quite proud of myself for keeping this diary up
ok so yesterday i had hald bowl of cereal 300 cals
for lunch i had 2 babybell(cheese things) a small fruit pot(50cals) and a carrot
for dinner i ate a tuna sandwich on wholegrain bread 400cals
and i snacked on 1 gronola bar 130cals
so i only ate about 1100 cals
however i drank 3 energy drinks so its more like
1400 cals
still not bad
hoping today goes that well but without the energy drinks in my difence i was on my feet all day literally =] xx
 
ok so today so far i have had dun dun dun
hal a bowl of cereal and milk 300cals
a granola bar 130cals
2 slices of sultana bread 200cals
a babybell thing 70cals
im quite hungry but im really busy today so its ok il work it all off
