A little lower today, but after a run I expect a few pounds less. Still a bit discouraging. I know, however, weight is not my ultimate goal. I was still at 46" on my waist, which is my lowest and 16 on my visceral fat, which is still low for me, so I am not discouraged. This mornings run, however, was discouraging because I felt exhausted. After 15 minutes I had to take a break. I am usually good for at least 25 minutes, and I have been running 30+. I know I was trying to push myself a little harder this morning and get my speed up, so I guess I can chalk it up to have, but it really wasn't THAT much harder. After the 5 minute walk I did run until I hit 2 miles. Again this is low for me, I have been doing 2.5 miles. I have a 5K coming up on Friday evening, guess I need to carb-load to make sure I have the energy to make it through.
