back on track...
So yesterday was pretty good...
b- oatmeal/raisons
s-banana
l-spaghetti,veggies,1/2apple
s-triskits
d-1 chicken leg(baked)w/bell pepper,rice,brocolli,1 piece garlic bread
+ lots of water( I hate having to go to the bathroom every hour!)
I did a 20 min workout in the morning and then later took a fast 1 mile walk, then before bed I did some exersizes for my arms,abs and legs.
