My Motivation Diary :) x

Day three (take 2)

Breakfast: Bowl of cornflakes with sweetner and skimmed milk.

Lunch: Tuna mayonaise on wholemeal bread sandwich and packet of quavers.

Dinner: Bit of left-over stew from last night (just like a soup really) and then a baked potatoe with a few baked beans and a bit of chicken.

Snacks: one chocolate praline.

And hopefully this will be all :)

I'm in the mood for a gym session but I've got lots of studying and work to do (ughh fun fun fun) so I'm not 100% sure I'll get the chance. But it's nearly the weekend and I plan to do a lot of riding and work out on the farm, and sticking to the healthy eating.

Still hoping to look fab next summer, that would just be the best. :)

Hey CookieMonster! Looks like you're starting to get the hang of this weight loss stuff. I think a big part of this process and finding a way to eat that works for you. I've tried sooo many different "ideas", I guess, as to how to eat (and I'm not talking about dieting) Not sure if that makes sense, but hopefully you understand :p

Question: Is "New Workout Plan" the actual name of Kayne West's song? If so it's perfectly fitting and I'll have to check it out! haha

Keep it up! Starting a journal is a huge and important step :D

Hey Deannnaa! Thanks, I really feel I am starting to :) Yeah I understand (at least I think I do :L), totally get you there, I've been the same :p

Yeah it's called 'The New Workout Plan' I just happened to come across it one day and it really does fit and its upbeat which is great for working out haha.

Here's a link of it from youtube:

Thanks :D Hope it's going well for you as well :)

Day Four (take 2)

Breakfast: Bowl of cornflakes with skimmed milk and sweetner.

Lunch: Tuna on wholemeal bread sandwich (haha I'll look like a tuna fish at this rate :p) and rice krispies square bar (151 cals) - yummm *drool* :drool5:

Snack: 1 digestive biscuit

Dinner: Chilli con carne

Dessert:
1 strawberry Weight Watchers youghurt (81 cals)

So yeah I did manage to hit the exercise bike last night and did 35 mins (approximately 225 cals - according to monitor). And hope to do another session tonight! :D

Today was pretty good, I've done a heck load of walking (like I normally do), the food I personally find could of been better but I'm actually quite looking forward to weighing myself on monday! Which is really weird for me.

Just the weekend to get through now!

Hey, thanks a lot for this! :)

I'll definately give it a go at some point, especially as the cold weather's starting to kick in :L

Have a nice weekend :)

Day Four (take 2) - slightly continued

Just finished tonight's workout session:

41 minutes on exercise bike
(approx. 255 calories) ~ don't really trust the monitors on gym equipment tbhh

So yeah it's all good.
:seeya:

Ughhh annoying

 Just been able to get back on here, I thought I'd lost it for good, had to reset my passwords hundreds of times over the weekend and again today but I finally cracked it! :D Going to catch up on the days I missed on here :)

Day 5 (take 2)

Breakfast: Cornflakes, sweetner & skimmed milk

Lunch: Sausage & mash with sweetcorn

Dinner: Leftover chilli con carne with wholemeal bread

Snacks: 1 digestive biscuit

Went out and had quite a bit of Coke, I asked for diet but not certain if it was cuz we did it in rounds, ohhh well :D

Day 6 (take 2)

Nearly up to date...

Breakfast: Cornflakes, sweetner & skimmed milk

Lunch: Tuna mayonaise & tomato sandwich & 1 choc mouse

Dinner: Salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato & bit of cheese) & 2 slices of wholemeal bread

Pudding: 1 choc mouse

Day 7 (YESSSS <3)

Weigh in this morning and was 136.4! Which is about 4 pounds down (not to certain on that though). And I could be less than that cuz it's 'that time of the month' :L, nice way to start huh, ughh cravings :/

Breakfast: Wholemeal bread and baked beans

Lunch: Tuna mayonaise & cucumber wholemeal roll & rice krispies square bar (155 cals)

Dinner: Roast chicken (basically had chicken and veg :))

Pudding: 1 WW vanilla & choc mouse, yummm (106cals)

Going to go on exercise bike later and plan to burn at least 261 calories (to feel a bit better on the not so good foods).

I really feel I can do this now, it feels like I've achieved one goal already doing a week.

Going to get a weight loss ticker now I've actually got something to record!

Only 25 pounds to my main goal although not set in gold could be bit more or bit less than that as I'm quite short but yeah, I feel I can do this thang anyway! :D

I know it's a while way off yet, but not looking forward to christmas, I don't wanna blow it.

So proud of myself today, It was SUCH a lush dessert and I was like nope no not having that and had a weight watchers mouse instead (still pretty damn good though and way less calories, and with that option I felt a lot happier 15 mins after say than I would with that chocolate, raspberry thing). :)

Oooh the ticker works, I find that motivation in its self!

Day 8

Pudding: 1 Weight watchers chocolate and vanilla mouse. And thats it for today!

Wont have a chance to go on exercise bike this evening but might try and have a go in the morning if I can get up in time.

I can see the change, it takes a lot of strength to pass those *other* foods up. I am SOOOO EXCITED FOR YOU ( P.S. I am excited in general right now, not to freak you out) ;)
