Day 10 (OMG double digits!!!)

WOW, this is just like AMAAAZZZINGG.. for me anyways.

Burned 200 cals on the exercise bike last night! :) And the same is planned for tonight :D


Breakfast: Bowl of cornflakes, sweetner & skimmed milk & 1 clementine orange

Snack:
1 clementine orange

Lunch:
Tuna & cucumber wholemeal roll and pack of quavers

Dinner:
Chilli con carne

Pudding:
JELLY ahaha yummm


It felt soooo good to have a proper meal tonight, I seriously needed that big time.

Exercise bike later :rolleyes:
 
Day 11 :D

Breakfast: Bowl of cornflakes, sweetner & skimmed milk

Lunch: Tuna mayonaise & cucumber wholemeal roll & rice krispies bar (need to break this habit I've got into, fruit fruit fruit! :))

Snack: Some jelly, ohmmm

Dinner: Jacket potatoe, baked beans, chicken, lettuce and tomato

Pudding: 1 choc mouse

Going to try get myself on the bike again tonight, cuz I don't feel like I'm gunna be less on monday, I dunno it's just a feeling I'm getting :ack2:

Just burned off 250 cals on the bike! Feeling bit better now :)

Right, now for the serious stuff... :gnorsi:

OK, I've gently weaned myself into this but now it's time to get serious (let's get physical, physical! (8)) sorry bout that.. So yeah, here's the plan.

Enough of the quavers crisps and rice krispies bars (bad,bad,bad) :lurk5:

And replacing them with fruit and veg, yummm.

Just water, no more squash, I dunno bout other people but the only time I feel I can stomach water is after a workout or in evening. Annnnoying.

I'm going to achieve this! Watch this space.. :D
 
Day 12

Breakfast: Bowl of cornflakes, sweenter & skimmed milk

Snack: 1 Clementine orange & grapes

Lunch: Sausage, mashed potato & brocolli

Snack: 1 choc mouse

Dinner: WW tomato soup & WW bread

Pudding: 2 digestive biscuits & grapes

I've been pigging out on grapes most the day

I'm starting to worry out my weigh-in day on monday *gulps*

Wasn't going to go on bike tonight but for above reason I am going to anyways.

MUST be good tomorrow, ughh I'd kill for something bad (Nutella, chocolate, icecream, brownies...the list goes on) :(
 
Day 13

Breakfast: Cornflakes, sweetner & skimmed milk

Lunch: WW tomato soup & WW bread & 2 slices of ham

Snack: Homemade choc custard, 1 choc mousse & 2 digestive biscuit & grapes

Dinner: Roast Beef, yummmness

Pudding: Apple strudel

Bad, bad, bad day food wise (it looks awful)) but good good day exercise wise. Ohh well I'm allowed one day off a week.

Weigh-in tomorrow, aaaahh :/
 
So yeah I havent been on in a while, I've had a bit of relapse :/ (N)

So I'm going to start a new diary, for a new start and what not at some point :)

I CAN do this, & I won't give up till I do.

... even if it does takes me a lifetime :|
