Hey guys just dropping in to say hi to all long time no see. I cant believe i still remember my password. Be nice to catch up with some old friends so give me a hoy when you are popping in.

Well that time of the year again where we make all the new year’s resolutions and then wonder what went wrong a few months later .I have always been better at helping other people than helping myself so I’m going to get a few of my girlfriends together who want to lose weight and give up smoking (who have also given up before and want to try again) and support them. In supporting them I’m sure I will support myself.
Is there any new years challenges coming up that I can join to get myself moving ?

Hey Jello thanks so much for dropping in. I’m the Queen of stopping and starting lol your typical yoyo dieter with lots of good intensions but often falling off the wagon but I do try to get back on as soon as I can.

Well Korrie i have joined up to the January challenge thanks for letting me know it was happening. So good to see you .


I’m off to my girlfriend place for New Year, The last big bash of the year and I’m really looking forward to it. My cousin and his family is coming to stay for the night, it should be good I haven’t seen him for years.

I KNOW THE CALLORIES ARE NOT EXACTLEY RIGHT ...STILL WORKING OUT HOW TO ENTER INTO THE SITE PROPERLEY BUT IT WILL DO.

I just had
1 cup cornflakes
1/2 bannana
2 strawberries
1/2 cup no fat milk

Im so tired ....lesson learnt No more cornflakes
 
I had to giggle at your cornflakes comment, lol. I haven't checked the calories but must be bad for you to say that. Have you tried any of the Kashi cereals? I eat the cinnamon harvest wheat one sometimes and I really wanted a bowl of grapenuts the other day. I'm lactose intolerant so I usually use soy milk so I come out pretty ok.

Yep yep I’m still here Hun just trying to get my head around it all. I don’t think I’m working out the calories properly so I’m just going off my old weight watchers books for a little while until I get myself sorted. I haven’t done that well over the last few days as I have still been picking on dip biscuits and lollies (candy) ect as there is still some left from Christmas and new-year. Yes I know I have crap will power BUT I will get better. I need to set up weekly goals for myself and see if that gets me moving. On the plus side i have eaten well today and i did exercise * GO .... ME *

Hey Jello Yep after the cornflakes i pretty much had a really crap day so i will defiantly be staying away from them. I have no idea what Kashi cereals are (i don’t think we get them over here ) I remember a few years back when everyone on here was having cherios for breakfast and i couldn’t understand why the hell anyone would be eating them ( at the time we didn’t have them here and what we called cherios were like what you would have in hot dogs but smaller lol) We do have that cereal here now though lol.

Keep hearing about the flooding and it worries me everytime. Has it hit your area??? I hope your ok!!!
 
Sorry it has taken me so long to come back guys but I have been laid up with depilating headaches for the last couple of weeks. Nothing to do with the diet ect i just get them every couple of years.

I haven’t weighed in (not game to tell you the truth) but i will do it tomorrow. So back on track for me. I hope everyone is doing well, I will try and catch up on some diaries today and post food and exercise tomorrow ... maybe Sunday... its Australia day tomorrow lol.

I had no troubles with the floods though bread and milk was hard to get. We just got some long life milk and i made bread. Thanks for thinking of me girls. Some of the poor buggers though, my heart goes out to them.
