So I have been working out for about 2and a half months 4-5 days a week. This is what my back looks like currently and what it looked like before. I'm working on it currently but I think the progess is going okay.
Good grief! I feel like such a slacker! That is crazy impressive. Have you changed your eating habits also? You are kickig butt! Keep it up and you are going to meet your goal in no time! If you don't mind me asking, what are your goals?
Yes, Of course. I feel really good discussing this with you all though because sometimes I feel alone in this journey seriously. My friends arent as supportive because they eat bad they feel like I should indulge more. Yet they ar all smaller then I am.
I started out at 260lbs. I am 5'9 and I carry a lot weight in my stomach and legs. Well everywhere actually. My goal is to be a size 8(goal 3), coming from a size 17/18. My goal weight is around 160, 175 at the most and 150 at the least. I haven't been weighing myself now because I don't want to be discouraged, I lift weights 3-4 days a week too. So pretty much I've been measuring inches and clothes sizes. I can fit a 14/16now and Ive lost 2 bra sizes. Until I get into a size 12(goal 1) I won't be happy. Goal 2 is a size 10. I just wish it would come off faster like magic!
I really enjoy working out now and I workout out 4 to 5 days a week. My eatting habits have changed dramatically and i sometime fantasize about what foods I used to eat. hahaha Now, I eat multigrain cherrios or boiled eggs or fruit for breakfast. Lunch at work, I usually eat an orange w/ low fat pretzels or healthy choice soup. Sometimes I may even bring a sandwich that I make at home. For Dinner, I usually eat salmon with brocolli or white turkey tacos. I weight everything and portion control. I basically learned how to correctly read the nutritional labels. ALso, no process foods as much as possible.
I do write down exactly what I eat and I count the calories for the day, at the end of the day and my normal intake is about 1200 calories median.
I applaud you Krissy, and hope that you will continue to update your progress with more photos. Currently I have been in a rift, so my weightloss has stalled, but I'm back in business and ready to drop the pounds.
