my journey...

Wow you can really see the change. The best feeling is when someone must see you after a while and be shocked!

Keep up the good work

I love that even when you are heavier, you look very confident and you're always smiling! You can always tell which are my before shots, because I look so miserable.

You look great! Total inspiration.

wow everyone..thanks a lot. This really helps :seeya:

I have been going through some rough times with all this weight loss stuff..like really rough times as in I have started counseling a few months ago and will be starting more intensive counseling in a week or so. It is not good, but my advice to all of you would be to give some personal intention for this weight loss so there is a positive motivation behind why you are getting healthier. It is the only way that you will stay sane and on track because this weightloss thing can really mess with your mind and the way you look at yourself if you do not keep a good head about it.

Good luck to all here are more pictures all @ around 155...down to 152 today :)

again i know they aren't from the best angles but I do not have someone else to take pictures for me so this will have to make due for now..

You are looking fabulous! Keep it up! If I could be where you are in 8 months, I will be the happiest girl in the world. What is your daily routine like exactly? Or do you not have any strict regime?

Well it really varies..and I have been going through some rough stuff lately so right now is not anything I should be advising about...but from Beg of Aug to end of Jan it was working out like 1-3 hours per day...I usually did a cardio portion as well as an arms/legs/abs type portion.

For me its impossible to be super strict with my diet. I try to be but if I want a cookie I am going to eat it. I'd rather stay an extra 10 mins on the treadmill to work it off. So I got this far by alot of exercise and just way healthier way of eating than I was eating before....instead of a nice big sub on white bread with lots of mayo and all that junk I eat whole grain, low calorie wheat bread (80-100 cals for 2 slices) with mustard, low fat/low cal cheese, low sodium turkey...with a nonfat yogurt...and I always liked chips so instead i eat a few rice cakes or a few pretzels..and of course a fruit or something. That is a typical lunch for me. I also drink a ton of water.

I can explain other meal options more indepth if anyone would like me too.

but thanks again you guys are all amazing :)

You're a very hard worker... and if you want a damn cookie, have a damn cookie! Great job.... Try to send some of your motivation this way please ;)

Thanks very much! I have been as low as 149 now so that is pretty exciting. I know that our weight normally fluctuates up to 5 lbs a day or whatever so I am trying not to let it get to me that my weight is up a little.
