Food:
Breakfast- cheerios w/fat free milk, 1/2 a banana
Snack- Kashi Almond granola bar
Dinner- Olive Garden, yea we went out... and I had all kinds of pasta! It wasn't whole wheat and it had a cream sauce, but it was so good. However, I feel SO full. This is the first time in two weeks that I have eaten out, so not too bad. We gotta go out once in a while...
I like how you are always shaking up what you eat so that your not getting stuck in any ruts. Don't worry about the eating out. After you have been going at this for while you need to sorta shake your body anyways. It's called re-feeding. Otherwise it would just sorta get stuck. Just when you do go out don't go crazy with it. But do enjoy.
Fitness:
We took Ace to the park and threw the frisbee around, ran around like little kids. It was great! Also, the second time this week that we have done that.
Gym- I actually put a bathing suit on and went swimming. I used to love to swim when I was in better shape but I have not even put a bathing suit on in god knows how long... It wasn't that bad either. Not that I liked seeing myself in it, but I just tried to forget about it and focus on the laps. I was only able to swim 10 laps, but man... was that ever a workout. I am so weak right now!
Awesome too that not only are You and Paul going to get into better shape but so is Ace! And I am sure he is loving the extra time with you. I know how you feel about the swimsuit. To be honest I think lots of times the suit is what makes the most difference. I had one that I really liked but with being in the pool 24/7 it got chlorined out. So I had to buy a new one but I don't like it nearly as much and now refuse to wear it. Even though I am 30 pounds lighter than I was with the other one.
Fun:
After Paul & I swam we sat in the hot tub for a while & then the steam room. It was a great, inexpensive Friday night date.
Cheap dates are the best in my opinion! LOL
Feelings:
I feel like I have not been paying as close attention the last couple of days to the foods I have been eating, and I definitely want to improve this cuz on Wednesday I do not want the scale to say I have gained any weight. My activity level has increased, and my gym membership is being put to better use. I have had so much more energy and overall felt a lot better and more self confident lately. Even though I am still frustrated with being fat, I feel good knowing that I am finally doing something to get rid of it.
