My Journey to "the gap"

Shame darling, sounds like you had a rough one! Be careful with the sprain, just let it get better before doing any hectic exercise again!

Well today my friend came over, and we went for a nice leisurely walk down to my local shops.
This takes about 30 mins?
Anyways I popped $20 into my runners, so I could grab a coffee and brekky at the other end. Only to find out it had fallen out :( Was so embarrassed, had to call my sister to come rescue me, as I had already eaten at the cafe.
So embarrassing.

It was good to fit in the exercise, but I actually missed my weigh in this w/e because of my ankle. It was really sucky, but hopefully I should do a weigh in Tuesday night. (Tomorrow)

It is a bit stressful at the moment, as my parents are getting sued at the moment, over a really stupid thing. I feel really stressed on their behalf!
Also have exams on Wednesday. Its hard for me to focus though, as sometimes the stress gives me some anxiety attacks. I know I sound so lame!

Not even my stress to carry, but sometimes knowing it is different from experiencing it.

I was naughty with my food today, just didn't feel the urge to be good at all.
I ate some chocolate cake, had some poached eggs with wilted chard on turkish bread (ok). and Lemon Chicken for dinner. My mom made it and although its fried it is so yummy :(

Ok tomorrow is a new day, I'm going to be calling lawyers and whatnot so I need my energy and need to stay positive!!!
