My Journey to surf Again

Three mile jog, yay!!! That's fantastic. You stay safe on those nighttime runs! It's better to be overly cautious, and I think it's great that you've got someone looking out for you.
 
Haven't been doing good, with eating and exercising, nope and I still got my sister-in-laws wedding coming up. IDK how I've gotten sooooo far off track. I weighed myself this morning and I'm at 163.3lbs. Why can't I get back on track? Where did all my motivation go? :/
 
I know how you feel Fox, I lost my motivation for over a year and only got it back a month ago.

I guess it's just something that we have to push through it.

Well, last night I decided I wanted Pizza for dinner and I gorged on pizza, cinni-sticks, garlic bites and cake.
This morning I woke up and felt terrible: Greasy, sweaty, huge headache, and in a depressive mood. I took a shower and started thinking about what I was doing to myself. I felt mentally drained, and I have given-up on losing weight and eating healthy. I came to the conclusion that I can't give up, and that I can't keep thinking too far ahead (sister-in-laws wedding). If I continue to think about the wedding, I'm stressing myself out, and to keep going on my weightloss journey I can't be stressing.


So, after getting out and looking at a Surfgirl magazine I felt inspired again!

I WANT to be able to wear a bikini without being self-conscious!

I WANT to be able to look beautiful in my bridesmaids dress!

I WANT to be able to dress in the cute outfits I desire sooo badly!

I WANT to be fit!

I WANT to look in the mirror and be soooo frickin happy I can light up the world!


Finally, I WANT to be able to go clothes shopping at the end of the year. So damnit, I WILL!

I WILL be wearing that bikini, rocking that dress, dressing in cute outfits, be fit, and be HAPPY!


So dammit, it's gonna happen! I just gotta take it one day at-a-time again. No more looking ahead, just focusing on the NOW. :D

2/5 meals (- bad, + good)
[-]1. One slice of pizza.
[+]2. Drink lots of water.
[-]3. One slice of pizza.
[-]4. 1 casadia.
[+] 1 hour walk.

Overall, I think I did good on the calorie count. But, I gotta try harder tomorrow. BIG improvement from yesterday! :D

Haha love it!! Glad you got your motivation back!!! I needed to read hat post right now. Been a bit of track myself. Stay with it. :)

Glad you back and focused,
You need to switch that pizza for veggies and fruit and better carbs though :)

How's the treadmill?

Still waiting, the oil is packed away in a box in the abyss of the garage. My MIL is unpacking everything (the treadmill is her's) and she's the one looking for it. But, I do get plenty of exercise at work so I'm not lacking in that. :D

[+] Snack pack at work (carrots, celery & 5 cheese blocks)

[-] Doritos, 2 beers and spaghetti. :(

We got Employee of the Month event today at work and it's gonna be a stressful day. Every manager from the district and other employees from other stores are coming and it's a loooooong shift today. Phew. CAN'T WAIT... :puke:

Day 6 Meal Diary:

1. Caesar Salad (450 calories)
2. 30 minute walk/jog.
3. 1 banana
4. 1 cup of hummus and a cup of pretzels :)
5. Lots of water :D :D :D

WOW! I did awesome today! Tomorrow I'm going for a walk/jog with a friend of mine, looking forward to it.


*I've decided that after this thread I'm starting a whole new thread titled: MJTS Part II. :D
