Thanks for stopping by! I actually slip up quite a bit, I pigged out so much last night i'm ashamed to write it all down *blushes* but I do try to keep on the bandwagon as much as I can.

I have the chocolate chip weight watchers biscuits. I love em! The chocolate brownies are to die for too, but I can't buy them.....I don't eat 1, i'd eat the box :lol:

And as for todays update......

A bowl of cocopops with semi skimmed milk
A banana with 2 packets of weight watchers biscuits
A yogurt
A weight watchers chicken casserole
Some grapes

I changed my fitness dvd today. I was bored of the other one so I started on a new one which is Clubland Work It Out. Its so hard, I was dying after the first proper section. I only completed a couple, the warm up, aerobic, tone it up and cool down. Hopefully next time I can push myself further. I'm proud of myself getting through that aerobic section though, i've never been able to do that before. :hurray:
 
Oooh i might look into those brownies. I will find it hard to stop at one though too haha.

Congrats on getting through the aerobics section of your new work out dvd. You must be really improving your fitness.

Well i've been naughty yet again. I'm seriously disgusted with myself, its like when I get back home I have no self control. I need to get over these problems if I have any hope of losing weight over the summer. I expect i'll put some weight on, on the scales on friday.

I'm too embarrassed to record what i've eaten today. But lets just say my diet is slowly going downhill. I need to get a grip and get back on top of things!

Thank you! I'm trying very hard to get back on track. I eventually get to weigh myself tomorrow morning, to see how much damage i've done. I'm hoping 2lb maximum - but I deserve to put on so much more. So fingers crossed I haven't ruined things too much.

Can I ask your name by the way? :)
 
Come on Stacey! I am a newbie here and I think you have did so well...I need more inspiration!! I hope you are not up too much but even if you are get back at it...I can't wait to see you hit your goal weight!!! You go girl!!!

Thank you! Your comment made me smile. I'm certainly trying. I think one of the things that makes me go off it, is being away from my scales. When i'm at uni I look forward to morning to see whether or not my scales have gone down. When i'm away from them, I just don't care. Makes no sense does it, technically I should be more careful if i'm away from them :lol: so I can't wait until tomorrow morning rolls around even if it is bad news!

Good luck with your journey too! Do you have a diary? I'll have to check it out when I get a min :)
 
Hi Stacey! Yes I just started a journal this morning....Dorries walking tall and feeling confident journal!
I understand the scale thing. I always say I am a slave to the scale!! I have never been away from it for a day other than when we go camping...the first thing I would do when we got home is get on it!! I know that I should not weigh myself as much but I do. I just cannot step on it throughout the day...just a couple coffees can change the readout. I tend to weigh myself as soon as I get up...after I pee of course...that weighs something!!!!!
Looking forward to reading more of your journal...my hubby takes our laptop to work everyday morning so I will check in in the evenings.

Well I have literally just walked through my bedroom door at halls. I pushed my suitcase to the wall as soon as I got in, dumped my bag on the floor, and started stripping naked. The scales are showing that i'm 2lb heavier than when I went home, but tomorrow that will be a lb lighter in the morning, so technically despite eating......

A chinese take away
A large McDonalds meal
6 slices of a 12 inch pizza with chips
2 easter eggs
4 creme eggs
3 bars of caramel chocolate
7 biscuits (excluding weight watchers ones)
3 toast sessions (I have 4 slices covered in butter)

And everything else meal wise since friday, i've only put on a lb. I am disgusted with how much i've eaten but so thankful I haven't been punished too much for it. So now i'm back here and ready to get back with it! Oh yeahhhhh :p

I vow not to get a take out until i've AT LEAST reached 150lb.

I know! I really did *blushes* thank god I didn't put too much on! I'm really thankful for that.

Damn right we can, when I read that, I couldn't help but sing "standing strong forever......nothings gonna stop us now" haha!
 
Well today is the day I go to the docs and find out whats wrong (I hope they can tell me whats wrong) i'm hoping its nothing big, so please keep your fingers crossed for me folks!!

Well i'm back from the docs. There is nothing serious wrong with my blood. The red blood cells are a tad small so the doc thinks I might have an iron deficiency but wants me to do another blood test to make sure.

I always have to have a Colonscopy, which i'm not looking forward to but I suppose i'll have to have it. Its a camera test of your bowel to check for colitis, polyps, cancer, a few other stuff I can't remember. She doesn't think it'll be anything serious, but better safe than sorry. So yeah things are on the move. I have to wait a few weeks now until my appointment.

I've just finished packing all of my things up. I'm moving home tomorrow! Great news eh? :) ......on the 5:39AM train ....yikes! (And i'm taking my scales with me :hurray:)
 
I'd consider today to be a successful one.

I've had ......

2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
3 packets of quavers
2 yogurts

I know that may sound like too many crisps and not enough of everything else - but i'm at uni and only here for 2 nights so made do with what the local shop had to offer (I did buy some stuff for a sandwich but didn't fancy one) aslong as i'm within the calorie limit, I don't mind :)

Exercise is done :hurray:
