I'm still bang on 11st which i'm cool with because i've lost 2lb within 5/6 days (my average loss per week). I believe those scales will defo be going to 10st 13lb at some point within the next week. Eeeeek i'm so excited!

Sounds like you are on target. keep going. :iagree: :D

Now, what are these snack a jack things? I keep reading about them but am clueless.

They're like rice cakes. You can get them in large form which have around 40-50 calories depending on flavour. Or you can get the packets of them. I swapped my crisps to have a packet of them, so instead of a 161 bag of crisps, the snack a jacks have 98 I believe :)

Are you in the uk? I don't know if they'll have them abroad.

I don't think they have them in Australia (at least not when I was there- I left in 2009 so I'm not sure). But yeah, they're like rice cakes, very small (1.5-2 times the size of a 50c piece), and flavoured.

(edit to add: Andrea/ fortyfour's in Australia, and I used to live there, hence me jumping in)

How DARE you butt in on MY thread! :reddevil:

........Just kidding

Thanks for the explanation Stacy. Now i know. Yes i'm an Aussie oi!

I also know i probably wouldn't like them. I haaaaaaaaaaaaaate rice cakes. :D

I think i am about the only woman i know who feels this way. eewwwwwwwww, cardboard.

I like ryvitas and other types of crackery things but I don't eat them very much. I prefer bread. Its more filling and its easier to make a proper sandwich on. That's my story and i'm stickin to it. :D

hi im just new to the forum x and read your diary !x your doing amazingly missy !!x wish i was in the 11stonesss !x goodness x iv got a while to go yet though x but i follow the weight watchers diet (seen you eat weight watchers food) & did you kno curly wurlys are quite low on weight watchers ???x so if i ever feel like a bit of choccy during the day a curly wurly is only like 3 points on weight watchers or somthing like that :) x i saw you liked chocolate and thought id lt you kno hehe xx also a fudge is low as well !xx

Thanks! I do like Curly Wurlys, but I do try to stay away from chocolate because if I have it one day and know its ok, i'll eat it every other day. My favourite at the moment is the Galaxy Cookie Crumble. Mmmm yummy!!

You'll get to 11st eventually, no matter how far away you are. You will get there if you stick with it!

I'm a little miffed that my scales have gone up this morning, I was hoping they'd go down after yesterdays exercise but never mind. They've only gone up by 4 points so i'm not too bothered.

That's just water weight, babe. Glad you aren't worried about it.

:) If it continues to go up tomorrow then I might worry a tad!

Well today has been a good day. I've been shopping today and found a new interest. Candles. I love em. I've discovered Yankee's Candles, I dunno how i've managed to miss em. But god they are amazing. Vanilla Cupcake is just amazing! So i've done a little bit of shopping online and ordered a christmas gift pack for my Grans birthday in August. She'll love it.

Anddd I feel a little insulted thanks to the bimbo working in Superdrug. I asked if I could get a points card and she was like "oh how old are you?"........."i'm 19", "oh right, that's fine, just because you have to be 16"......"are you saying I look 15?" Thanks darlin! I'm bloody 20 in 3 months!

I do feel happy with myself though, I had the option of either going for fish and chips at the gorgeous fish and chip shop in South Shields, or have a healthier option. So I resisted and went for a subway instead. Very proud, my cravings were screaming at me for fish and chips!

Unfortunately I can't exercise tonight, i've exercised 7 nights this week in a row and it's taken its toll on my left foot. It's killing me! So i'm giving it a night off.

Breakfast
2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk

Lunch
Footlong subway (with chicken and lettuce only)
Quavers
Bottle of juice

Tea
Packet of snack a jacks
2 WW biscuits
A yogurt

Snacks
2 WW Biscuits
Cup of tea

:)

Goddd I can't stop eating. I've eaten and had another packet of weight watchers biscuits and my stomach still feels hungry. And its only 7pm. Its driving me crazy, I don't want to eat anymore otherwise I may put on more weight but I feel so hungry, WHY?! And all of this ain't great with me not exercising tonight!!!
