I'm thinking of this for my exercise routine (a mixture of classes and individual workouts):
Monday = Rest day
Tuesday = Gym 10-11am (20mins cardio, 40mins weights)
Wedsnesday = Body Step 9:30-10:25am
Thursday = Legs, Bums & Tums 9:30-10:25am
Friday = Abs Blast 10:45-11.15am
Saturday = Gym 8-9pm (20mins cardio, 40mins weights)
Sunday = Gym 5-6pm (20mins cardio, 40mins weights)
I will be doing alternate saturdays (every other week) due to other commitments.
Any advice/tips, or does this plan seem ok?
Well done on that! Very impressive- weight-loss, while on holidays? Wow!I'm back from holiday and managed to lose 3lb while I was away! Let the weightloss BEGIN!
