ugh...haven't been doing so great & people around me are losing tons of weight...time to pump up my workouts & eat even less...not too less cuz i do love my food and don't want to binge because I am so hungry
 
Good luck hon! As long as your stay motivated and stick to a good diet i'm sure things will pick up for you! You have done well so far! <3 Don't worry so much about people around you, just concentrate on yourself :) Because at the end of the day you are all that matters eh! Everyone loses weight at a different pace, its not a competition! Just take it one pound at a time!

I believe everyone's pace is different when it comes to successful weight loss.


Don't try to follow anyone else's routine. You have to find what works for you in the long run - and you will, Jamie!


You're doing great right now, so just keep your chin up and don't lose focus on the endgame :) You'll get there :)


Also, I'd recommend gum if you're feeling particularly hungry in between meals. Gum and chugging water has always helped me avoid unnecessary calories.
 
*NEW PIC* (not much of a change) well been doing ok...not fast like I'd like but better slow then nothing at all..trying to pump it up this week!!! still doing low carb(ish)...not 100% perfect but most of the time I really watch my carb limit and my appetite has decreased a lot, happy about that :D
 
Oh MAN! It's October 11th, 2am in the morning and I am preparing for yet ANOTHER lifestyle change. 3sm meals/2 snacks, only water, no fast food...


Aug22nd was the last time I updated, and it's pretty much gone down hill, I started a binge that lasted prob since Aug 22nd lol (not really funny) but what can I do but laugh at how weak I am when it comes to the food 'demons'. ;-( I don't get why I do it to myself, I have been in a pretty bad depression and I KNOW it's from how I am eating but it also derives from my life in general, and how I go about living it. I am a major slacker, an insomniac that NEEDS sleep so when I finally do sleep I need 8-9hrs and I can wake up anywhere from 12-4:40pm. It's horrible. I also, can't for the life of me find a job here in my town, and I put in TONS of applications. It's very blah!!!! So I am getting back on the wagon with my lifestyle change and exercise routine, changing my sleeping schedule, although being up now doesn't SEEM like I am. I am going to get up early no matter what time I fall asleep tonight, that way I will be tired for tonight and it will get easier to sleep early, wake up early. Also going to keep putting in apps, all I can do really, but this without a job thing isn't peachy. I'd take anything right now, besides illegal activities lol

AWe are right here behind you Jamie, it's good to see you haven't given up.

We all fall on some bad times but we just gotta get back in there and keep on fighting.
 
I'm new here. I joined this site like 3 or 4 years ago wanting to lose weight but it didn't happen. I've been trying ever since hopping on and off every diet there possibly is. Can I join the two of you? I see your already a month or so into it. How is it going? I'm 5.3 and I weigh 187lbs. I honestly need the company and the motivation.
 
well i started Aug of 2011 lol but just restarted :) you are more then welcome to be on this journey with me, we can check in daily to write each other our progress for the day?

Just looked at your first pictures and last pictures (don't think I can go through the whole 8 pages haha), but it looks like you've lost heaps and are looking good : )

Keep up the good work, don't let the bad stuff get you down.

Go hard, and remember why you wanted to do this in the first place...thats what keeps me going when I want to eat a whole Pizza haha
 
thank you guys! and i actually got complimented today on my weight loss i hadn't seen this lady in a while and she was like 'wow, you look like you lost 20lbs'...it just made my day =D
