:D Here we go with the questions...

-- How much weight do you want to lose?
32 pounds

-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
Hopefully by next spring. Like, March-ish. I'm in no hurry.

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
Excercise and healthy food

-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
My mom's a nutritionist

-- How realistic is your goal?
I'm really not sure about this. I might look thin enough before reaching my goal. But we'll see.

-- When will you start?
Already started, see ticker.

I'm going to bed now, as I'm so tired I can barely keep my eyes open, literally. Since tomorrow is Saturday I'll do the treadmill first thing. (After breakfast, that is.)

Breakfast was two whole wheat toasts with peanut butter, and milk. I have this VERY often for breakfast so from now I'll just call it "the usual breakfast".
Just finished the treadmill. I did 2 miles, could have done more but I wasn't in a very good mood. It's all rainy outside!:(
Anyway, I think I'll have a yogurt now.
*while eating yogurt*
On a brighter note, I'm going to a birthday party tonight. My first one since I started my weight loss thingie! Knowing the family, there will be lots of food. It'll be a good test of my self-discipline.;)

Didn't go to the party yet, but I'm beginning to get a little worried because I'm craving chocolate. Not a good day for that to happen. (I used to have a gi-normous sweet tooth)
Lunch was tuna salad with peppers and cucumbers and carrots. And grapes.
For the rest of the afternoon I'll be doing homework and fixing my hair. I hope I'll be able to get chocolate off my mind by 5:00.
Maybe I'll bring gum along. It always helps.
 
Good morning. I am in SUCH a good mood right now.
I managed to have no junk food at all yesterday, and I somehow lost 2 pounds since Friday!:) (It's confusing since I usually lose 1-2 a week)
Well, I'm off to have breakfast. Honey Nut Cheerios, for a change.
 
I think I'm really sick... Looking back on what I wrote this morning, I can't believe how cheerful I was. After lunch I practically fainted while doing homework. I moved myself to my bed and fell asleep for a few hours. My mom came home and found me lying there, so she woke me up and I started crying (no idea why!!) She gave me a bagel. I feel less weak but I will go lie down for now. What a strange day..........
 
Do you think it could be from a lack of sugar?

Its kind of like when I quit drinking mountain dew. I used to drink a few cans a day and the first couple of days after I quit I felt sick and depressed.
 
wow, I hope it's nothing serious. Please keep us updated. And it sounds like you did really well last couple of days. But keep that body of yours healthy. K?
