my journey seems like the neverending story....

Hey I'm back!! I need too soo get on track. I haven't gained any I think.. but I haven't weighed myself either.. I sure as hell just need too start eating healthier.. Life is awesomeee:party: :party: still loving it.. I am so happy with me.. my job has gone down the tubes these last 2 years.. :leaving: let's not even go there .. ..lo.. but new ideas and plans have come my way..:auto: I'm on fast track.. I am going back too school too pursue my dreams of being an attorney...Woooooooohooooooooooo!! for me and so excited with my new goals in life.. I have started tae kwan doe about 4 weeks ago and I love it.. I'm gonna be a yellow belt march 31st... my biggest issue is eating healthy.. therefore I sure as hell need too get on cohen and my green shakes.. so that's what I'm here for support and togetherness.. Now see, I come in here and I'm all nice and you instantly start by hating on my Celtics. I see how you are. Don't force me to come to LA and lay a beat down on your Fakers! Although, i will have to do it before March 31st when you get that yellow belt. That must be some good exercise. A great way to get in shape.

Glad to have you back and you are right, let's do this! I just need to get my eating in check and I will be better off.
 
Hey chicky!! I am back too! Decided cohens wasnt the lifestyle for me,found a lifestyle plan that suited my life to a t!! Have been on it for nearly four weeks now and have lost 12.6lbs.Enough about me......an attorney, hey? Good for you!As for the other job and the man, you know life will always throw obstacles at you, its just a case of climbing over them and keep on moving forward!

Im just kidding your Celtics are awesome!!! :smilielol5: :smilielol5: As for the taekwan doe.. yup Yellow belt already can you believe.. I train at least 3 times a week from 745pm too 845 pm.. that is my schuedule it's an awesome workout and soo stress relieving. so yeah let's do some type of food plan.. tha'ts my problem now.. I don't say no too the bad foods no more like I should.. My sons' in taekwan doe too he's training for white one with me. yeyyyyyyyy!! so proud.. So let's motivate each other too our goals.. :) LAKERS ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!

So my main problem I figured is I get comfy with where I'm at and stop going towards my goal.. I have already gotten so far but not my goal.. I do that in real life too I make it half way towards my goal and get so proud and stop... :( So I need a new plan and basically I was thinking if I don't weigh myself for 8 weeks I won't know where I'm at so I can't be proud with my accompllishment therefore I can make it closser too my goal.. Today I have had 6 cups of water so far.. 60 grams of turkey and a tomato.. and for lunch a ceviche tostada but didn't eat the tostadas.. 2 cups of coffee.. let's see how I manage writing all that I eat.. in 8 weeks I can say how much I weight.. :) and I will keep my tae kwan doe so soon yellow belt........KEEEEYAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH:):party::party:.
 
Made it to the gym today for an upper body workout. I feel good and hope to be seeing some results soon.

How was your TKD class?
It was really fun and relaxing. It's kinda like yoga. I never get my mind off of life but this is the first time I join something were my mind is off of it.. I have too focus so much on my steps and myself that I can't think about anything else. I love it.. I really like tomorrows class better.. today was good a lot of kicking.. thanks matt!!:) your awesome!! and soon enough I will be a black belt.. lol..:) love you all so much for helping me get here..:)

Hi Ivette, Taekwondo hey? Good for you! It's a serious work-out & I love the look of it. Learning each pattern would be fun & a challenge. I'm not so sure about breaking the boards etc I take our older grand-son every Thursday night & really enjoy watching him. He got his yellow belt a few weeks ago. Some of these kids really kick arse! His best friend has been asked by their Korean based instructor to go for his black belt at the next grading in May. He is so good. I think it would be lots of fun but I'm aware that it's way too vigorous for me. I can just picture myself covered in bruises! It's a great thing to learn such a strict discipline. Well done!

Hey! common now, even if its one pound, its still one more pound closer to your goal! of course it won't be instant, trust me thats my issue as well, if i don't quick results, i tend to bail pretty easily.

As for the exercising, 20 minutes is a start, you can't expect to get it down first try and not be phased by it at all, the more you do it, the longer you will be ABLE to do it. keep a log of how long you last each time, and watch it steadily rise, and the longer you can do it, the more results you will see, and the more results the more motivated you will be!

its like a reverse-vicious circle!!


good job though, keep at it!
