Day 16
Good morning!! I am feeling so good today! I don't want to push it too hard though and end up sick again, so here is my plan:
Breakfast: English muffin w/ 1 slice of canadian bacan, cheddar cheese (the real stuff not the processed) and 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard. My usual cup of (now decaf) coffee w/ 1 Splenda, and a glass of orange juice.
Gym workout: 30 minutes on the elliptical
Home workout: Lots of housework
I wanted to add that I wear a Bodybugg arm band every day that calculates my calories burned plus my steps taken, and the software program allows me to put in my calories consumed so I can watch my deficit. I love it!
Anyway, that's where I am at so far for the day. I'm not sure yet about lunch, snacks and dinner, but I will update this evening with everything.
