I'm 30 years old, married, have a six year old son and 200 pounds on myself
. I used to write in this forum and help me a lot. After a while and no discipline I got frustrated and decide not to write again. This week I started reading others people diaries and gave me the courage to write again and give me another chance!! This time I want to be positive and realistic. I'm a very fun person, have a lot of friends and love life. I want to be healthy to enjoy what I used to. I was thin all my life until I got pregnant. Ever since I am overweight. I think I never accept the fact that my body changed.
I want to record all my effort to recover my figure. I guess it will keep me motivated. Most important I want to share with other people experiences through this process. Feel free to write any sugestions.
I'm going to the gym today to take my meassures and weight. I guess the trainner will give me a routine. PLEASE HELP ME TO KEEP MY MOTIVATION. THERE IS NOTHING MORE IMPORTANT TO ME RIGHT KNOW THAN TO FEEL THAT I CAN DO THIS AND THAT I WILL.
