Tomorrow is my weigh-in,
I did it again.
Sabotaged myself.
I went out for Chinese food. </3

Hey Everyone!!!

Jaramb, I am so proud that you can show restraint. I felt a need to say that again, for last night, I messed up.

I had some pizza last night...
It wasn't much, but.. I know I shouldn't have.
I felt REALLY bad after, and knew I wouldn't hit my target weight for the week.
I was so excited about hitting it.

SO! The results are in;
Starting Weight: 299.2 lbs
Current Weight: 279.2 lbs
Total Loss: 20 lbs !!!!
Loss This Week: 3.8 lbs :3

So yea, even with that pizza, I LOST WEIGHT! >:]
Go me! :3

^^^^^ It's still not an excuse. Do not over indulge in things.

Hi Katherine
I haven't been doing so well.

Week 1 I lost 3.6 lbs and thought I could do this.

Week 2 I lose 1 lb and felt discourged becuase I had been staying within my points. What I don't understand is how so many people of varying sizes could all have the same point value. I think I need to start counting caloires for true results so I know what I am taking in.

Week 3 - which was yesterday, I did not weigh in or even attend the meeting because I have been so stressed and when I am stressed I eat all the wrong things. I am not giving up though, I'm back on track and will weight in next Wendesday.

I'll keep you posted.

Gah, I'm late posting.
Ehh.
So I lost 2 lbs after my chinese food binge,
And I thought things would get better after that..

Then I ate tuna caserole for super... and a whole 12" sub...
Then I was like...
"Eh, that's not too bad, I can work it off"
Then... today,
For lunch,
I ate around 1000 calories..
2 peices of lasagna, garlic bread, and salad...
GAH!

If I eat anything else today, It will be fruits and vegies!
Grapes, Oranges, Salad, Peppers, Carrots... SOMETHING.
Not all of that.. I don't think we have all of that in the house....
But.. something small, for shure.
GAH!
I need to get out of this hole I'm digging..

Welll...
It's def been a while.
Like 3 weeks.. *cough*
And I see no one missed me.
JERKS!

Well..
I spent my March Break with Matt,
He proposed..
I'M ENGAGED!!!
And well..
The past 3 weeks kinda..
Didn't go so well for my eating right,
And I decided I would kick it back into gear again.

I am currently 276.0 lbs.
I did not gain much weight over the 3 week period,
And what I did gain, I lost.
So I am maintaining these new choices for the most part,
Even when not trying to.

My mom and I are joining the YMCA.
They over a fitness center, and a pool, and different programs you can join.
I would like to take swimming lessons.. since I can't swim..
BUT YEA!
We are going to go 3 days a week,
And work our big chubby butts off!

My total weight loss: 23.2 lbs
My Moms total weight loss: 19.2 lbs

CONGRATULATIONS! That is so awesome :D :D

Now you have more of an excuse to get fit--Wedding dress!!!
