I am starting today. However, I am not going to concentration on eating healthy EVERY single day as I'm a student I can't afford to keep buying fruit and veg so I'm just going to try and stick to 3 meals every day and drink lots of water...
which will probably consist of, cereal, porridge, tuna, chicken, pasta, and stir frys with the cheapest stuff in ASDA. LOL if only we could all afford organic food and a personal trainer...
I'm 5 Ft 3 (160cm)
I weigh 9.8 stone (137.2 pounds)
Aiming for 9 stone (126 pounds)
Dreaming of 8.5 stone (119 pounds)
So technically I need to lose 11.2 pounds
I'm hoping to get that within 4 weeks for a certain festival AND my birthday!

Today:
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Pasta
Dinner: Pasta
Drinks: Lemonade (fail), 3 cups of herbal tea, 3 glasses of water)
Exercise: Zilch
(I had to eat the pasta otherwise it would have gone off). I resisted going to the shop and buying biscuits and energy drinks :|
