Been good oLUX! powering on the road to losing this weight lol how've you been?

Well monday has come and gone, and my weigh in was 107.3kg, or 236.1 so it was a loss of -3.5lb which I'm overall happy with. Hopefully lose another 2lb by next week!
 
Something came over my yesterday I was so damned hungry... sadly gave into it and ate a bunch of stuff past 9pm which isn't good. Not sure what happened, but I've noticed everytime I drop to around 107-108 kg mark I tend to go back to old ways; yoyo'ing. So besides the confidence kill and worrying how I'm gonna deal with this crazed hunger I get.. I will try again to be more strict with myself, more meals a day (small portions) just to I don't get the opportunity to think about what to eat and have it all planned.

Being a new month December, I don't want to start off on a bad foot. The goal for this new month is 100kg or below (which is around 220lb) would be amazing to finally break that 3digit KG weight and be in the 90's. 1st of December here, so here I am bright and early at 9:44am (lol) heading off to the gym followed by stocking up on some veggies at the shop after the gym session.
 
*hugs* You'll get there love. You'll find ways to combat the yo-yo'ing. Takes a while but it WILL happen. :) I'm also a victim of the yo-yo... DAMN that thing... why don't they cut it's string off, lol! Then it won't be going nowhere fast! :p I tend to eat one bad thing that leads to a craving for a bigger, badder thing and then hey presto.. back to my naughty old self! But don't let it win the fight and DEFINITELY don't let it grind on you cos you're stronger than that. :) x

I ate some really nice bree cheese :drool5: hah really bad cheat "week" so to speak lol...

I managed to somehow maintain my weight though... so this Monday I weighed in at 236lb. Tiny loss but anyway.

Yeah, luckily I'm not gaining it back, just maintaining. Can't wait when we're at our goal weight then all we need do is maintain it !
 
my weight has not done much these days, which is worried but I went to the gym today and made an extra 5 minutes on the treadmill, 25 minutes in total and 2.4 km distance, which I was proud.
eat only a little Bonana `s day and havin fry sensation this evening, so hopefully my weight will drop a bit for tomorrow.
