My HEAVY Diary, tracking my progress!

Its been a nice cool day so far compared to the hot day we had yesterday, so it was a relief walking to the gym with no sun killing your body when you're tired from your workout :p

So with my workout done for the day, the only thing that lays ahead is avoiding bad foods! so right now eating this healthy vegi soup and balancing it out with some nice watermelon! lol
 
You're going to be fitter than Arnie soon! Oh wait, the way Arnie is now, most of us are already fitter than him... :p

Monday night here, haven't really been active on the boards lately due to my internet being slowed, but thankfully my internet is back to full speed so its much easier to get on here now.

So an update of how i'm going... well regretfully I haven't lost any further weight, I've been sitting ~109.5 KG for a week so in other words I've been quite lazy!

It's been pretty busy here too finished up with clinical placement working at a aged care home.. so assessments and such needed to be organized this past week. Furthermore I think this week won't be much loss because I'll be heading up to Canberra on the 11th till the 18th to meet up with family and friends also it's my 21st birthday on the 10th so I'll be going out or chilling with my family/friends. :)

Well I'm back from my little travel to ACT, sad to say I did gain some over tuesday-friday ahwell couldn't help myself with all the good food and drinking when going out :S

Back to it now! ;)
 
So this is the first day of this thread, and 3rd day into my um rather not use the word "diet" sounds pathetic... guess new way of living and being more conscious about what, when, and how much I eat.

Dom, I think there's a law that says it's okay to gain a little on any birthday, but especially on your 21st. Just a minute, they're telling me there is no such law! Well there jolly well should be, is all I can say! I'm glad to hear you enjoyed yourself, and as long as you are back on track, all will be well.

Haha glad you liked it MissJellyBelly!! :D And yeah I love the challenge, though i must admit I got thrown off the rails a little after comming back from my trip. However! I'm picking it up again and getting back into the routine of things.

Thursday 25th-
Gym work out complete; 50mins on the treadmill, 10mins cycling, 5mins on rowing machine, 5 mines on that err.. i have honestly no clue what its called.. i need to go look it up. In all a good 1hours work of cardio

As for resistance training, it was a pretty hot day, and doing resistance work then walking home under the intense suns' gaze really destroys me >.<

I have some weights and such at home so i may do some exercises later on, food intake back to watching how much and what I'm eating.

Vegi soup, some dry biscuits, plenty of water, & fruit.
 
Another day, another battle! So far good news to report, exercise and healthy eating is winning the war :smash: against the freeloading fat!

Did another great day of cardio workout; 1hr walking, 10mins cycling, and 5mins on row machine.

Lunch; small bowl of soup, glass of water, and a piece of fruit!

Dinner; yet to come.

Thankfully I'm back into the groove and going strong.
 
15th update [a bit late] however pleased to say a loss none the less of 3.4lb.

Finding it hard to get the motivation to go GYM lately and eating right.
