Something came over my yesterday I was so damned hungry... sadly gave into it and ate a bunch of stuff past 9pm which isn't good. Not sure what happened, but I've noticed everytime I drop to around 107-108 kg mark I tend to go back to old ways; yoyo'ing. So besides the confidence kill and worrying how I'm gonna deal with this crazed hunger I get.. I will try again to be more strict with myself, more meals a day (small portions) just to I don't get the opportunity to think about what to eat and have it all planned.
Being a new month December, I don't want to start off on a bad foot. The goal for this new month is 100kg or below (which is around 220lb) would be amazing to finally break that 3digit KG weight and be in the 90's. 1st of December here, so here I am bright and early at 9:44am (lol) heading off to the gym followed by stocking up on some veggies at the shop after the gym session.
