My Hard work 240-150!

 FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! That is an amazing weight loss and transformation! Don't be afraid of gaining it back; allow yourself to enjoy your new slender physique! Listen to The Wise Man (aka Steve) and seek advice from him and others on how to get the bod you really want. I have no doubt you'll do it; you've already proven your determination!

Very inspirational, Trevor! Best wishes on your continued journey from :eh:

Awesome job man! I was pretty much in your shoes last summer when I lost all my weight. I started to focus on eating alot more protien based items with as little saturated fat as possible (chicken, fish, tofu) to "bulk up" for the gym. I cut my cardio time in half, doubled my weight lifting time and threw in a protien shake. It had worked for me and I still do it today. As long as you stay away from the bad food most of the time you'll never gain it all back, trust me. I even went on 1-2 month binges of food since I lost the weight eating everything on earth but the fact of the matter is since you lost all of that weight your metabolism is in high gear so you only gain maybe a couple of pounds. And after you gain this couple it motivates you to get back on track. It's a fickle process but I'm sure you'll do great. Keep up the great work man, congrats on the loss.. I know it wasn't hard!

you look great!!!!! mind to tell me what you do for your exercise and diet program? how long it takes?

Its all about counting calories.
calories in, and calories burned during exercise.
as far as exercise went, i started lifting with a friend just to tone, but now since im around 150, im starting to lift heavy to gain lean muscle mass. I ran here and there but not so much anymore as the weight lifting program i started now requires no running.

i think sure you look young ..... in the first pic. now you are less rounded and more angular and man like :D

Great pics and weight loss though! awesome!

That is a great set of before and after pics. Congratulations!!

BTW curly hair is still hot. :D

Amazing transformation! Down to 150 is great! Do people tell you you're too skinny? :)

You know what's weird.. I am 168-170 now, and per the BMI calculator I am overweight. It's funny how those things piss me off. I stand next to a skinny person and I look just like them. I am a bit more built than they are but dang.. I am not overweight at 5'10 170 :D

Anyhow you look good man. Keep it up!

It is proven that BMI is not accurate, the most accurate is the one in the pool.

lol ya sometimes i get it but i still need to work on shaping and toning. Lately i have been hitting the weights more and eating a bit more, because i need to put some muscle on me! i don't go by bmi anymore, honestly i wake up everyday full of energy and i just know i am healthier than before, and thats what keeps me going

Just wanted to say congrats on your success! You look fantastic!!! Very inspiring!
