My Goals

been suggested in my previous thread to tell u my goals so i can get some advice on a routine...

i want to be toned. flat stomach (maybe go for pack) more definition on my muscles. strenth too cos im a drummer but a bit weak at the mo...

at the mo i got a belly n not much definition...

my current routine is:

25 min treadmill (3 Walk - 5 Run - 2 Walk - 5 Run - 2 Walk - 5 Run - 3 Walk)

to be honest i cant remember my full weight routine but it was always 3 sets of 10 on like lat pull, leg extend, etc with some crunches in between followed by 10 min bike or cross country then a swim...
bout 2 - 3 hours worth

would like somat a bit more intense...maybe on free weights
 
i wood say lean down first then bulk up or u'll just have to lose more fat if u go the other way...try something like this:

upper body compound...no rest...lower body compound...upper body compound...x 8 - 12 reps with 60secs rest...decrease rest 5 secs each week until at 30...do this for 2 - 3 combinations of 3...2 - 3 sessions/week and get food in order...i am posting a fat loss article on rich-fit.com later on today so check it out
