My Goal...Need help from anyone

Well I am 14 1/2 years old I weigh 155 Pounds and It's not that I'm fat its just I am tall about 5'10.

I have a stomach that has a 6pack in the making but I really want to tone and my sides and middle area with all that excess skin.

A list of what I want to improve on for everything I list can someone respond with workouts please.

1. Stomach-I want to lose some fat there and tighten everything up
2. I was to work on my forearms and biceps and triceps- I want to have it so I am happy with it and feel strong

Current Status-
I run about 1 mile 3 days a week
I do about 50 situps a day
I do curls with 15 pound dumbells and other workouts with dumbells

What should I do for my goals how many reps should I do? How many days a week should I do this?


Other Note--
I drink alot of gatorade and water but sometimes I like to have soda
In school I have a bag of chips or cookies
For breakfast I have a milkshake or hashbrowns
For dinner I always have some type of vegie

skip on the 50 situps a day. do them maybe 2 times a week and do a set of 50 then rest a min or 2 then do another set. try reverse crunches and other ab excersizes also. Eat 6 meals a day with a hearty breakfast. skip on the chips or cookies. your young so you have a fast metabolism so you will need to eat a little bit more to feed your muscles for growing. The more muscle you have the more fat you will burn. Try doing some more workouts. with dumbles you can do lunges which will work the legs great and since your legs are the biggest muscles in your body building them will help you shed excess fat more than anything. only train each body part 1 or 2 times a week to prevent overtraining. try do workout the entire body. do Pullups if you can they are awesome for the back, do pushups these are great for not just your chest but your triceps also.

Try somthing like doing pushups and close hand pushups on monday, run tuesday, do pullups and your curls on wed, run thursday, do lunges and squats if you can on fridays, and do your abs on saturday and take sunday off..

you wont get monster arms with 15lb dumbells either ou are going to need to add weight. but pullups work the arms good too so I highly recommend them.

Also does your school have a weight room you have access to. go there and lift weights with fellow school mates.

If not stick to what I said above. even if you just do pushups, pullups, and crunches. Hey it works for the military, doesnt it?
