My Full Body Workout

im sorry if im being to pushy or somthing.

But i cant start training until next monday and so i thought I would make my program actually work.
Last routine I did it was totally wrong FB and it worked but i was stuck at one place.
 
yea dont worry about it. i get the same whey when im confused about everything. just folow the program. its a winner.

diet is more important than what you do in the gym anyway

You are not being pushy, I understand that you want something that will work.

Any program that you write for yourself, or that others write for you, will not turn out like they look on paper. It may seem like you have a good plan, but upon practicing it you have to make changes. There is such a thing as over planning.

All of the advice you have gotten from this thread (so far) will work. That being said you will have to make changes once you start training. You can start with just about any of the workouts that have been posted. Just follow a few rules.

1. Do power moves first.
2. Train in different rep ranges.
3. Don't neglect your back.
4. Train abs.
5. Train rotator cuff.

After that you will learn more about yourself and how your body reacts to training. You will have a lot more questions as time goes on.

I was not trying to sound harsh. (though it did come off that way:eek:)

But of that list it seems like I do all of them (will add abs). except I see my back isnt being worked? Is this true?

Also i know my diet is way more important then anything and when It gets down to training time I dont eat anything BAD for the time except for some differences during weekends. But 5 days are perfect.
