My fresh start

Hey all I'm back!! I will fill you in when I get a chance, but I'm back and fully motivated to get fitter and slimmer!

I've finally broken the 93kilo plateau and weighed 92.4 today. I also did my body fat and that's dropped so all moving in the right direction. I decided to up my daily cal amount in the hope that it would spark some weight loss, and it seems to be working. I'm gong for a slow and steady loss rather than the fast loss I had been aiming for.

Anyway I need to go to sleep, I'll check in again tomorrow, and check out your diaries soon too.

Welcome back from your "tramping". :D Good work on getting the scale moving, and a little vacation is sometimes needed to recharge the batteries a little.

Hey Anna banana gal - glad U R back ! ..and good work on the loss & good plan for slow/steady/long-term maintainable loss....
;) ... FIT & SLIM ... we R coming !! !!

Hey Anna Banana - welcome back and great to hear you broke that plateau. We are almost the same weight, I'm currently 90.8 and hoping to reach 60kg before the end of the year. We can do it man, we are strong and determined chicks!! :)

Hey all, I've been having a good week.

Lotsa walking and eating pretty good, although I had some chocolate mousse cake yesterday for my brother's birthday. It was v yummy. I was organising the cake, so I only bought a small one which meant everyone had a small piece, and all were happy there were no leftovers. I think my whole extended family is on a health kick at the moment.

I made a chart of daily goals to tick off for a month as a way to stay more motivated. It hasn't worked that well yet, but I'm going to persevere as I think the idea is a good one.

That is a great idea Anna - I might copy you! so simple and yet I haven't thought of it yet! Thanks!

Well done on eating well and exercising!
