My food + exercise + venting space

Just dropping by quickly!! Another perfect day :)

Really sore from gym yesterday, my poor legs.

Food plan for tomorrow

B 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sweet potato, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup spinach
S 1/3 avocado, 2 crackers
L Leftover kaleslaw with miso dressing, 130g salmon
S Carrots and celery with 40g hummus
D Curried mince with zucchini and winter veg mix

Exercise None, rest day!

Waaaaaaaaaaaa I broke my perfect days streak... Definitely TOM related (started yesterday) but it's still super frustrating. I was ok up until lunch- I ate my salmon and salad, then wanted ALL THE CARBS. Ate 1/2 cup potato... then ate 5 pieces of mountain bread with mozzarella, made a little bit of coconut oil chocolate... and then a few hours later ate 3 PIECES of banana bread. Dammit. Finishing off the day with chamomile tea.

Picking it right back up again, next week will be solid as I'm weighing in next Thurs! Would really just be happy if I'm 70kgs or less again- I'm not expecting a huge loss this month as that second week was pretty bad and I went pretty overboard with my cheat meal this week and then today happened. Just going to do my best the rest of the month and continue to work hard!

On Fri night I am going to LY's with my husband for video games, she's cooking us dinner and snacks so I'm making dessert! This night will be my cheat meal for next week!

Busy morning, I made that cheesecake, cooked husband dinner and made lunch then walked to work. Work was boring, I spoke to 1 customer... urghh this job is killing me.

S- 1/3 avocado, 2 vita weats
L- 130g chicken breast, salad, 1/2 cup sweet potato, miso dressing
S- Chia pudding
D- cheat meal! No idea what LY is cooking but there is that amazing Snickers cheesecake for dessert

Exercise- Chest and shoulders
 
Posting quickly before work again! Yesterday was a good day, dinner was a homemade burger on 4 seed roll with homemade guac, coleslaw and a slice of cheese followed by a handful of crackers with a bit more guacamole and a slice of that cheesecake.

This morning I got up early and went to Pilates, walked there in the humidity and rain!

S- 1/3 avocado with 2 vita weats
L - Mexican beans and rice with veg
S- 2 celery sticks with 40g tahini
D- 130g chicken breast with kaleslaw and homemade dressing

Today husband has the day off so we are chillin. Just finished playing the game 'Life is strange' which was insanely good, now we have a heap of movies lined up to watch!!

Actually have a busy week ahead- job interview on Wed, seeing a friend on Wed night before she moves away, my birthday on Thu- still working, but going to watch Deadpool on Thu night with the husband. Also have my 4 week nutritionist appt/ check in so I'll be getting a new meal plan. Fri I'm working and then having a bit of a bday gathering with friends that night, getting Mexican food and possibly ice-cream (my cheat meal for the week). Those are my plans so far!

S 2 celery sticks, 40g tahini
L Mountain bread wrap, 130g deli rare beef, cottage cheese, mustard, tomato, spinach
S 50g nuts, frozen cherries
D Chicken breast 130g, 1/2 cup sweet potato, kale-slaw

Survived another perfect day! 5 down, 2 to go... and then my first weigh in for a whole month! I can definitely see that I've lost weight though I wouldn't know how much. I did so well my first week and this last week, though the second week my diet was mostly grilled cheese and chocolate... and that third week had an insane cheat meal and a TOM fuelled binge. I'll just be happy if I can get below 70kg again this month. I'm in a much better headspace now so I'm going to own that next month!

Not up to much today! I went and treated myself to having my eyebrows done so they won't get away from me at my interview tomorrow. Also got an amazing early birthday present from my mum- she sent me a gel nail kit with a couple of awesome colours, one that just happens to match the top I'm wearing for my interview tomorrow so I've done my nails too and they look great!

No plans for the rest of the day other than gym later with SM and grocery shopping tonight.

Dropping in quickly before my interview! Yesterday was a perfect day, so 6 down and just today left before I weigh in!

I woke up and washed my hair for the first time in almost a week, did a heap of food prep (healthy chicken nuggets, chicken sausage rolls, veg and potato for dinner tonight as I won't be home much this arvo, breakfast for tomorrow) and I've ironed my outfit... getting ready to make my lunch now. A co-worker is picking me up at midday (I paid for the lift with 1/4 of that cheesecake I made last week). After my interview I have a snack packed, got to get a bday gift for my sister in law, then SM will pick me up when she knocks off and I'm training her legs tonight (she couldn't make it on Mon) then out for coffee with a few people. So busy from now onward!

S 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 cup rainbow salad mix with 1tsp homemade dressing
L 130g grilled salmon, 2.5 cups kaleslaw with spinach and dressing
S 50g Brazil nuts, 1 nectarine
D 130g pulled beef with gravy and 2.5cups mixed veg

Exercise None- rest day!
 
My weigh in today was... 200g more. Whaaaaat!?

To be fair on myself though, I woke up feeling puffy and blah and I think it might've just been stress from yesterday/ not drinking enough water. Measurements are the same too. I didn't think it'd be amazing or anything but I was expecting SOMETHNG. I know I need to reign in the cheat days a bit and the last one I did, maybe just not enough.

It's all good- got my next nutrition appt. today and she can bestow upon me her words of wisdom.

I think the interview went ok but I'm not sure I actually want the job there now after all, just had a funny vibe from the whole place. I'll wait and see what happens but I felt very out of place.

Also today is my birthday :) Got a very cute card from my husband and we are going to buy me some new trainers sometime in the next week. YAY! Tonight I'm going to barre with SM then after I'm going to a movie with husband. Celebrating with my other friends tomorrow night!
